Be Still, and Know

"Be still, and know that I am God"—
This message, full of healing peace,
Our Father speaks to every heart
That would from error find release.

As waters still reflect the sky
With flowerlike hues of gold and rose,
So in our quiet consciousness
Love's gentle presence softly glows.

"Be still, and know that I am God"—
This message casts out many a fear;
For error cannot find a place
Within Love's presence, sweet and dear.

Whate'er the troubled thought may be,
Our need is to be still, and know
He is our God, and healing love
Into our hearts will gently flow.
