I came to Christian Science, as a last resort, for the healing of a form of rheumatism pronounced by several physicians as incurable; in fact, they told me that there was not a case on record that had been cured with medicine. I am, however, perfectly well, and have also given up the wearing of glasses that I had used for years for relief from severe headaches. I was living in Los Angeles at the time, and applied to a Christian Science practitioner for help, the result proving that the truth does heal.
