Four years ago Christian Science came into our home,...
Four years ago Christian Science came into our home, and joy, peace, prosperity, and health was the result. My companion was first healed, and a few months after this I was willing to try it myself. Mine was a case of instantaneous healing. I believe I was healed because I wanted to be, and not because I knew anything about Christian Science, for I did not. Nearly all that I had ever heard of it was from its enemies, but I had seen a number of people who asserted that they had been healed by it. Furthermore, I was far from being satisfied with the religion which I had been trying to live for a number of years. My complaint was heart and stomach trouble, also an attack of lung trouble; but, as stated above, I was healed so quickly that I was certainly surprised.
I found that this great light which had come to me so beautifully was the light for me to walk in, and that it is also free to every one. The earnest seeker can know that these things come from God by their results. Praises be to His name that Mrs. Eddy has given to the world the "Key to the Scriptures."
