Christian Science depends not upon personal magnetism, hypnotism, mesmerism, or any other phase of so-called human mind-force, but it depends for its results absolutely upon the manifestation of God's power to heal the sick and sinful in accordance with the teachings of Scripture. It is entirely spiritual in its activity or operation, having no element of materiality, human will, mysticism, etc., connected with it. The psalmist said: "He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destruction." Christian Scientists are daily proving this statement to be true.
