I have felt for some time that I should send an expression...

I have felt for some time that I should send an expression of my gratitude for many blessings received through Christian Science. I have been studying it for over eleven years, and the farther I go the pathway brightens more and more; as I get hold of the truth, I am enabled to overcome self, which I find is a hard problem for many. I am especially grateful for the knowledge that enables me to help others. I find that the understanding of Truth is of constant benefit in helping me to overcome every inharmony, but I am truly thankful for the healing of a badly injured ankle, a bowel trouble, scrofula, and for the ability to rise above the various disorders that present themselves from day to day.

I feel, however, that my greatest blessing is in having been taught how to forgive. I am deeply grateful to our beloved Leader for the Glossary to Science and Health, as I find that the memorizing of the metaphysical definitions has been of great help to me when reading the Scriptures, and is of especial value in Sunday school work. I also wish to express my deep gratitude for the grand work of our Publishing Society. I thank God continually for the feast of good things which it supplies.
