For the past seven years I have enjoyed in my home the blessed peace which comes through Christ, Truth. Jesus said that if we would abide in him, we should dwell in peace. It was in my search for health that I found the truth as taught by our revered Leader, Mrs. Eddy. Christian Scientists believe implicitly in the declaration of Christ Jesus, that they who believe in him are able to do the healing works which he did. My healing of lung and heart trouble, as well as of gall-stones, was slow, as I was not able to read English; but I knew I had found the true way. I was hungry and thirsty after righteousness, and I learned to read the book "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures."

I am especially grateful for the healing of my arms, which were burned while doing some cleansing with benzine. The benzine caught fire, and both my arms were severely burned, especially the left one. The right arm was healed on the following day, and the other with two weeks' treatment. I can say with a grateful heart that I did not lose half an hour's sleep, had no pain, and went out on the same day, as I had an appointment in town; neither was I kept from my work. I am grateful to God with all my heart for the many proofs of the power of Love and Truth. May Christian Science be to all as rich a source of blessing as it has been to me.
