I give this testimony from a heart filled with gratitude for the blessings which Christian Science has brought to me and mine. For twenty years my head caused me terrible suffering, and I consulted many physicians, but was not relieved. I also suffered from rheumatism and from a severe throat trouble on account of which the physicians said I should not smoke; but I was an inveterate smoker and could not leave off. I have been in Science for a year, and I was healed of all these troubles with a few treatments and within a short time. I no longer suffer from headaches or violent and acute pain, and do not smoke any more. My wife and our eleven-year-old daughter were completely healed through Christian Science treatment,—my wife of great nervousness and pain in the feet, and the child of a serious throat trouble.

For all these blessings, and for the help which we have experienced through Christian Science, I thank God with all my heart, and am deeply grateful to our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy.—Paul Buchwald, Berlin, Germany.
