I have long wished to express my gratitude for the many benefits received through Christian Science. It is nearly three and a half years since I began the study of the textbook, Science and Health, and in that time many discordant conditions have been overcome. My understanding is still very slight, but as fast as I learn to apply this great truth, all problems are solved. Sometimes I find myself wandering among the dark mazes of material beliefs, but as soon as I realize it and turn away from the shadows, I find the light still shining, and seemingly brighter than ever before. Myself and husband have been healed of many ailments, some of them considered chronic. We have a little girl who knows no other physician than Truth. Many times I should have been completely engulfed with fear for our little one had I not known that I could turn to God and there find peace and love.

I feel deeply thankful for the Christian Science periodicals, and for the Lesson-Sermons. It is impossible to be too grateful to Mrs. Eddy for her life of purity and devotion, which has enabled her to reveal to others this saving truth.—Mrs. Mary E. Truitt, Kansas City, Mo.
