Last year, in September, I noticed a hard lump in my left breast. I became alarmed and went to see a physician, who told me that, although the condition was not yet serious, an operation would probably become necessary. I was very much frightened, and a few days later I began to feel pain in my breast. I had heard of Christian Science, however, and started off for Frankfort-on-the-Main, where I called upon a practitioner. I derived a great deal of comfort from my visit, and took home with me from the reading-room Mrs. Eddy's book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures." The practitioner took up treatment immediately, and two days later the pain left me. The hardened place has now completely disappeared; I am perfectly well, and rejoice in boundless gratitude to God. I have been reading Science and Health diligently all this time, and am a happy attendant of our church every Sunday.—Jenny Knutzen, Heidelberg, Germany.
