About three years ago I was healed of severe acute lung trouble. I was unable to lie down, as I could not breathe, but within six days I was healed by Christian Science and was able to be up and attend to my household duties. The doctors had said that they had no hope for me, and that there was no help for me in the line of materia medica. Before this attack I could only walk a few blocks, but God has healed me of all these ailments through the understanding gained by reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, and with the help of a practitioner. I was also cured of fainting spells and constant dizziness. I had worn glasses for over eight years, but laid them off after having one treatment in Christian Science.

The truth as given in the Bible and Science and Health has been my daily help in these last three years, together with the Christian Science periodicals, which are daily food for me and mine. I am truly thankful to God, also to Mrs. Eddy, for my healing and all these blessings.
