I first heard of Christian Science from my sister. She had been healed of colitis after doctors had treated her for a year and finally said only an operation could give relief. Her healing through Christian Science was almost instantaneous.

I wish to express my gratitude for the peace, understanding, and many other benefits which Christian Science has brought into my life in the thirty years since this wonderful truth was made known to me. Through study of the weekly Lesson-Sermon in the Christian Science Quarterly I have learned to understand the Bible. Many have been the demonstrations of Truth made with the loving help of practitioners and through the earnest study of Mrs. Eddy's writings. Constipation, catarrh, and heart trouble are some of the difficulties which have been healed.

Our three sons have grown to manhood without reliance on material remedies. They have had wonderful proof of God's care in the overcoming of a scald, poisonous insect bites, and so-called children's ailments. Our business has prospered when we have looked to God for guidance and earnestly desired to let Principle govern in our dealings with our fellow men.
