In March, the Oberlin College Christian Science Organization presented in one of the college auditoriums a lecture on Christian Science given by a member of the Board of Lectureship of The Mother Church. It may be of interest for other college organizations to know that this year we decided not to limit attendance to college student only, as we had done last year, thinking then that perhaps students who were not Christian Scientists would feel less self-conscious about attending the lecture if they knew that a few visitors as well as college students were present.

Our organization is four years old, and its membership, although small, is steadily increasing. We see this year especially that as we grow we are finding an increasingly important place in campus religious activities. We are grateful to the Trustees under the Will of Mary Baker Eddy for enabling us to widen our activities by presenting a lecture each year. More than anything else, the lecture gives evidence to the college of our efforts in upholding the standard of Christian Science.
