A Warning

Word comes to us from cities in Nebraska, Massachusetts, and elsewhere, that a young man is calling on practitioners and others, claiming to be on a leave of absence from the Navy, and soliciting funds to enable him to return immediately to New Orleans. It is said this young man is fraudulently claiming relationship with some of the workers at headquarters.
