Dawn

HENRY F. MUNDT

A sigh for peace,
A prayer of hope,
An answ'ring gleam of Love divine!
A ray of Truth,
A shaft of light,
Which penetrates the darkened thought!
A joyous cry,
I see! I see!
And all is well again—'t is day!
