Words cannot express my gratitude for Christian Science...

Words cannot express my gratitude for Christian Science and all it has done for me. I took my first treatment a little over a year ago, and I have been healed of so many distressing conditions that I hardly know where to begin. One thing for which I am very thankful is that I can now live in Colorado, and am better and stronger than I have ever been. For six years I did not dare come back, on account of the altitude, as each time I tried to do so I became very ill, but that has been overcome. I have been healed of a disease of the bowels from which I had suffered for eleven years, also of fainting-spells, very severe headaches, etc. Since my healing in Christian Science I have put aside glasses, which I had worn for twenty-five years. Always before, if I tried to use my eyes without glasses, even for five minutes, I suffered intensely, but now I read, sew, and use my eyes constantly, wihtout any pain.

Our children have been helped in many ways. They have been healed of colds, severe bowel and stomach difficulties, a skin disease, and many other things. I am very thankful for the physical healing, but I am more thankful for the spiritual help, and that I am beginning to know the meaning of Jesus' words, "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." When I think of all the blessings which have come to me in the past year, I feel that I can never be thankful enough to God, and my heart is full of love and gratitude for the one who has given us this beautiful truth.
