Through the spiritual understanding gained from the study of Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, I was able to take the Bible and bring freedom to myself from a very severe attack of illness last summer. This is only one of many difficulties which have been overcome in our home. Once again I can realize what Jesus meant when he said that the truth should make us free. The more I understand Christian Science the more I love it, because it is teaching me the great need of overcoming self so that I can see the allness of divine Love. If evil is less real to us, then we can truly say that we are overcoming "the old man with his deeds." Inasmuch as Christ, Truth, is our all, are we lifted above mortal mind. God is blessing His faithful servant, our dear Leader.
