With the hope of leading some one to investigate Christian Science I will tell a few of the many blessings that have come to me through its study. About three years ago my mother came to visit me, and while at our home she was attacked with a rheumatic trouble which was quite severe. She was entirely healed through the help of a Christian Science practitioner, and was also relieved of chronic liver complaint and bowel trouble. At this time my husband was in such poor health that we despaired almost of his life; but he was healed through Christian Science of stomach trouble and a disease of the kidneys. I was healed at this time of severe backache, mental depression, and general ill health. Our children have been helped through all the ills that are supposed to attack children, not succumbing when exposed to two dreaded diseases. One child was born under Christian Science treatment. The birth was attended with very little pain, no medicine was used, and no physician was called.

While we are very thankful for the physical help, we prize the spiritual uplifting far more. We were members of orthodox churches, my husband belonging to one and I to another, but as these churches never seemed to meet our needs, we soon withdrew and are now members of The Mother Church and of our local society. We feel that we owe a great deal of love and gratitude to the dear good woman who has taught us the way to the Christ-healing.
