Having suffered for five years with a very bad stomach trouble, which was growing worse, I turned to Christian Science for help in September, 1907. I had been treated by the best local doctors and by a specialist in Boston; but had received only temporary relief. I then thought it was time to try something different, if I wanted to live, and I thank God I did; for I found what I should have had all the time, and what I find by the study of Science and Health is given us by divine authority, that is, health and happiness. I am trying to live a life that will be a living testimony to Christian Science.
