Amendment to By-law

Article XXVIII.

CHURCH MEMBERSHIP.—SECT. 14. Neither the Pastor Emeritus of The Mother Church nor Christian Scientists shall teach or treat Roman Catholics except with the written consent of the authorities of their church. Teaching and healing are separate departments. If you cannot heal without teaching said patients, abstain from doing either.
