It is nearly four years since I began the study of Christian Science as found in our text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the with Scriptures." Since then I have been able to overcome many difficulties. I used to be very much troubled with severe headaches, but now they are a thing of the past. This truth has also helped me to overcome worry, irritability, depression, and fear. I am enjoying better health now than I have done for a long time. I can go out and see beauty in everything. I was able to take long walks during my holidays last summer; sometimes as many as ten and sixteen miles a day over hills and moors, and I have not felt the least fatigue.
For some years before knowing of Christian Science, I had a stiff knee, through rheumatism. I had not been able to kneel for some time, but that felt me last summer, and I have not had a return of it since.
I am very thankful for the spiritual knowledge which I have gained from the study of Mrs. Eddy's works. I have begun to realize that life is worth living. Through a better understanding of God my home has been made brighter and happier, and my life seems one long day of sunshine. I never feel so happy as when I am trying to help others.
