Semi-annual Lecture of the Mother Church
The semi-annual lecture under the auspices of the Mother Church was given before a splendid audience in Symphony Hall, Tuesday evening, the 8th inst., by Edward A. Kimball, C.S.D. Every part of the vast auditorium was crowded and a large number were unable to gain admittance. The speaker commanded the closest attention of his hearers from first to last, and the vital interest of his theme was abundantly manifest. The wisdom of our Leader in providing this effective means of sowing the seed of Truth grows more apparent day by day. A fuller report of the lecture will appear in our next issue.
