Signs of the Times

Martin Rywell in an article
in The New Age, Washington
District of Columbia.

Jesus was a rabbi; and the Hebrew word for rabbi is teacher. His teachings were rooted in actual situations directed to the human need. The teachings of Jesus found their most complete expression in his actions. He built on the verities of life. He associated with the poor and lowly. He sought out the morally outcast. He healed the sick. He fed the hungry. He warned the rich. He lived a godly, righteous, sober, and benevolent life.

Jesus taught the unity of the human race. He began prayer with, "Our Father."
