I wish to testify to innumerable blessings which have been mine during the past sixteen years through the study and application of Christian Science. For a year and a half prior to 1916 I had spent most of my time in bed and in hospitals suffering from intermittent malarial fever, getting only temporary relief from materia medica, and being a burden to myself and my family. By turning unreservedly to Christian Science I was permanently healed in five treatments, and shortly afterward gained twenty-five pounds in weight.

My two children have been healed of whooping cough, measles, chicken pox, smallpox—one case of the latter being extremely severe—and many other discordant conditions. The healing of a dislocated hip bone brought inspiration and gratitude. My youngest boy came home from school with severe pain in his hip and limped for four days, one leg being longer than the other. Not meeting the condition, I asked for treatment; and some time between Sunday and Wednesday the bone went back into its socket. I am learning, as Mrs. Eddy tells us on page 60 of the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," that "Soul has infinite resources with which to bless mankind," and through the daily application of this truth, health, harmony, and supply have been brought into my experience. I owe a deep debt of gratitude to our revered Leader, Mary Baker Eddy.
