Thirteen years ago I started the study of Christian Science. When Christian Science was first presented to me and I was told its followers were healing the sick after the manner of Christ Jesus, I felt if this were so that its teachings must be those of the Master, and the seed was sown in my consciousness which was afterward to bear for me the good fruits of increased health, happiness, and plenty.

I am grateful for these blessings, but my heart goes out to God in deeper gratitude for the spiritual understanding of Truth. Christian Science has brought to me a clearer understanding of the Bible, and has enabled me to realize more of the presence and power of God, thus bringing an abundance of freedom, peace, and joy into my life.

I am sincerely grateful also for our textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, and for our Leader's other writings. They are always as "a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path." I was healed of inflammatory rheumatism and raised from a helpless condition to one of health and harmony in three weeks. My fifteen-year-old son has known but the one Physician, and we have been protected and blessed in ways too numerous to mention.
