On page 322 of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures"...

On page 322 of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" Mrs. Eddy says: "The sharp experiences of belief in the supposititious life of matter, as well as our disappointments and ceaseless woes, turn us like tired children to the arms of divine Love. Then we begin to learn Life in divine Science."

Christian Science has meant so much to me through the healing of grief and the sense of loss over the passing on of our dear little daughter, that I feel I must express my gratitude. For a time it seemed as though the shadows of mortal sense would shut out the light of God's ever present love; but as I searched Mrs. Eddy's writings to understand the meaning of existence, Life was unfolded to me, and I had a greater longing than ever before to gain a better understanding of this wonderful truth.

I am so grateful for an opportunity to serve in the Sunday school and in other branches of the church work, and many healings have come to me as I have put this work first in my life. I am grateful for the Christian Science literature. It is indeed food for the hungry soul, and never fails to uplift and purify.
