It is with loving gratitude that I offer the following testimony as another proof of the healing power of Christian Science. Early one morning in November, 1915, our little daughter fell and broke her collar bone. On discovering the nature of the injury my wife and I had to overcome a great sense of fear, but this was soon done by the application of our knowledge of God's allness. A Christian Science practitioner was called immediately, and in a very short time the sense of intense pain which followed the injury was overcome. The child could not lift the arm until perhaps over an hour later, when the practitioner arrived and after talking to her a few moments about God, as she had learned of Him in the Christian Science Sunday school, asked her to hand him a bottle of perfume that was on the window-sill by the couch; whereupon she arose, reached for the bottle with the injured arm, handed it to him, and then quietly lay down again. She did not however use the arm any more for three days, but there was little pain and she lay cheerfully on her bed until the fourth morning, when she got up alone and remained up most all day. She used the arm lightly and it gradually increased to normal activity within a week.

For this glorious manifestation of the healing power of divine Truth as taught in Christian Science I am very thankful to God, and grateful to Mrs. Eddy, whose untiring labor has given us this understanding of divine Principle. My own aim and desire is continually to be about my Father's business and to recognize no power but God.
