I wish to express my deep gratitude for the many benefits received since taking up the study of Christian Science. Four years I suffered from spinal trouble, and at one time was bedfast for sixteen months. After being up a few months I submitted to a painful surgical operation, but was afterward in bed twenty-two months and became greatly discouraged. We finally sent for a Christian Science practitioner, with the result that after taking one treatment I was able to leave my bed, and in a few months was doing most of the housework.

I am thankful to God for my healing, and grateful to Mrs. Eddy, who has revealed the truth to every sufferer. I am also grateful for the spiritual uplift and for the literature that has been given me by friends. My desire is to be worthy of being called a Christian Scientist.
