I wish to express my gratitude for the healing power of Truth as taught in Christian Science. In the year 1909 rheumatism asserted itself to a very painful and alarming degree. I was unable to straighten my back, and walked with a cane for support. Finally the heart also became affected. For a period of eight months I tried every possible thing recommended, but without beneficial results.

When Christian Science was called to my attention, I took up treatment and began to improve at once. In two months I was healed and again at work. My healing has been permanent, and ever since then Truth has been the only physician in our family of five. A large, healthy boy has been born to us under the care of Christian Science. I am grateful to Mrs. Eddy for giving us a better understanding of God, also to those who have faithfully assisted us.
