I wish to express my gratitude and thankfulness for Mrs. Eddy's writings, which have made so clear to me the Science of Christianity taught by Jesus and recorded in the Bible. This understanding of the Bible and of the life and works of Christ Jesus, as revealed in Christian Science, has met my need in many times of trial and difficulty. I shall always feel grateful for the help of the faithful practitioner through whose work I have witnessed the power of Truth in many ways, so that what seemed insurmountably sad and heartbreaking vanished as mist before the spoken words of Truth and Love. Attacks of illness have been overcome, often instantaneously, both in myself and my children. I cannot express in words the gratitude I feel for the teachings of Christian Science.—Alice M.
