We are very thankful to God for what Christian Science has done for us. Over two years ago our little girl was almost instantly healed of severe cold. Later she caught fire from a gas stove, and was badly burned on the body and arm, but she suffered very little pain and was quickly healed. My two-year-old boy was poisoned and was so ill that friends said he could not live more than two hours, but in that time God restored him to consciousness and he was at play. My husband was in ill health for many years, but he is now strong and well. I was freed from headaches, and last January, after confinement, I made a rapid recovery without the waste or weakness which had followed former experiences.

My sister's baby was so sick in her second summer that she was given up by the doctor. Christian Science treatment was then asked for, and the little one was healed. Some weeks later she drank coal oil and was in a critical condition. Again Truth did the work, and she was saved. About two years ago my mother broke her leg and suffered under the doctor's care for two weeks. She was then treated by a Christian Science practitioner and the pain ceased. She was also healed of gall-stones. These healings were all accomplished by absent treatment, as we live on farms.
