I have felt for a long time that, in order to show my gratitude for what Christian Science has done in my family, I ought to send in this testimony. Five years ago my daughter, then sixteen years of age, was in very poor health, suffering almost constantly from her back or head. There were days at a time when she was obliged to stay home from school and lie in bed. I finally took her to a physician, who upon examination pronounced her case curvature of the spine, and advised me to take her to a specialist and have her fitted with a brace. Instead of doing this, however, I took her to a Christian Science practitioner. There was an improvement almost from the first treatment, and in seven weeks she was completely healed, and there has been no return of the trouble.

Since this healing, we have relied entirely upon Christian Science. We have had many minor ailments to meet, but they have always been quickly overcome. It is not only the physical healing for which I am grateful to Christian Science, but also the peace and happiness it brings, regardless of the material condition. To me it is the most beautiful truth ever given to mankind, and no matter how grateful we are, we cannot fully appreciate its blessings.
