There are so many things for which I am grateful to Christian Science that I cannot enumerate them even briefly. It has changed my thought completely and has opened my eyes to many blessings which even a very short time ago were unseen. Like Hagar, God has opened my eyes. I no longer wish to die, or feel that I am of no use, disliked, and in every one's way. I rejoice to know that I can live always, that as an idea of God I have my work to do, my own individual place in Mind, and so I can be in no one's way. I like people better, and know, as Mrs. Eddy says in Science and Health (p. 17), that "Love is reflected in love."

For all this, and for the help I many times have received in overcoming physical difficulties, I am indeed grateful to God for having given us at this time a Leader who, by her purity, goodness, and unselfishness, could show us the way to know Him aright.
