AMONG THE CHURCHES

On Communion Sunday, July 10, Church of Christ, Scientist, held the first service in its new vestry. This vestry, which seats about seven hundred persons, is the Sunday School room of the church as it will be when completed, and adjoining it are commodious reading-rooms, check-rooms, and a rest-room. The church edifice, which is on the corner of University avenue and Twelfth avenue southeast, is across the street from the campus of the University of Minnesota. The building will be completed as rapidly as possible, and its members are naturally much gratified that the work has progressed thus far.
