I am both glad and grateful for the privilege of being a Christian Scientist. It is indeed a religion of love and makes life worth living. I am especially grateful for the spiritual understanding and peace of mind that Christian Science gives. I have been healed physically of fevers, a badly injured ankle, and numerous other ills. I love the Christian Science Sunday School, and get much help from the study of the Lessons. I am grateful to Mrs. Eddy for showing us that "the warfare with one's self is grand" (Miscellaneous Writings, p. 118), and I know that true gratitude is the reflection of divine Love.
