I want to tell what Christian Science has done and is still doing for me. At the first conversation I ever had about Christian Science, the practitioner asked me if I had never heard or read about this teaching. She then gave me a copy of the Journal and a lecture to read, and the reading of these was my first step in Christian Science. I thank God that I took it. I decided to try Christian Science treatment, and very soon I began to feel better. I had been a great sufferer for years; had tried all kinds of material remedies and doctors, but never got even temporary relief. I also suffered from rheumatic trouble, toothache, and headache. My ailments have all disappeared through the application of Christian Science and the understanding of God. I am very thankful to God for this wonderful healing that came to me, and I also thank dear Mrs. Eddy for "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," which I purchased at once and began to study. As I go on in the study of this blessed truth I find that I am learning the way to righteousness.
