Heartfelt gratitude impels me to testify to what Christian Science has done for me. After eating some fish I was taken with terrible suffering, which to sense seemed to be poisoning. Having been freed from many ills in the three years since I came into Christian Science, and having been healed of a disease from which I had suffered for ten years. I dragged myself to the kind practitioner who had helped me many times through her understanding of God's power and love. I told her about the condition I was in, and she treated me. When I left her an hour later I was well, without pain. I was helped in this quick way by the understanding of the omnipotence of divine Love, and I thank God, and our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, with all my heart for this healing truth.
