I wish to express my gratitude for Christian Science

I wish to express my gratitude for Christian Science. For years I had been ill with rheumatic trouble, and had tried all the material means which were recommended by my physician, but without receiving any permanent relief. A friend then asked me to read Mrs. Eddy's book. "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures." I bought a copy, and while reading it I was healed of the disease. About a year later I was healed of serious eye trouble and enabled to lay aside glasses which I had worn for five years. All this happened six years ago, and I have never had a recurrence of either disease. Since that time I have had many proofs of the blessings of Christian Science, and that it heals morally as well as physically I gladly testify. It has made me a better woman, more honest in my thought; it has taught me how to love my neighbor, and it is teaching me each day how to overcome evil with good. I thank God for Christian Science, and for our faithful Leader, who is following the Master's command to preach the gospel and heal the sick.
