It is with a heart full of thankfulness to God, and to our dear Leader, that I give my testimony. When Christian Science found me, I was suffering from a severe attack of stomach trouble, which caused frequent fainting-spells. While under a doctor's treatment he advised my husband to have me give up housekeeping, as I was not able to attend to my household duties. The rest and the medical treatment seemed to benefit me at first, but soon I began to get worse, and it was then that a dear friend advised me to try Christian Science. I began to read "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," and to take treatment, and in a short while was so benefited that I decided to try housekeeping again, and I am now doing my own housework without any inconvenience whatever. Several times I have been instantaneously healed from acute attacks of a serious nature.

I am so thankful for the help that this wonderful truth has brought me in rearing my two children, aged three and seven years, several ailments having been healed in a short time. The older boy had all the symptoms of a so-called contagious fever, but with the help of a Christian Science practitioner he was healed in two days. The other little one, who was with him all the time, had no signs of the disease whatever. Not long ago the older boy had a severe attack of influenza, and was seemingly quite ill. In the morning I called for help, and in the afternoon he was up. The next morning he was playing as usual. The younger child has had but very little sickness. For all of the physical healing I am very grateful, but it is nothing as compared with the spiritual betterment.
