I am very grateful for what Christian Science has done...
I am very grateful for what Christian Science has done for me. I had suffered from lameness since childhood, being confined to my bed at frequent intervals. Two years ago the condition became worse, and last March my suffering seemed greater than I could bear. An X-ray examination showed a diseased condition of the bone. I had the very best orthopedic surgeons in Baltimore and Philadelphia to treat me, but they could do nothing. In October I was compelled to use crutches, and an hour's application to any task was agony. A lady, seeing my condition, asked me to try Christian Science. I was willing to try anything, and after one week's treatment by a kind practitioner there was some improvement. Six weeks after the practitioner took the case I was absolutely without pain. I use the limb now more than ever before, and there is no pain.
I am very grateful to Mrs. Eddy for showing us that God is indeed good, and that He is Love, and does not create sickness and suffering.
Miss Eutha Cordrey, Philadelphia, Pa.
