It is now over five years since I came into Christian Science. Up to that time I had suffered almost incessantly for at least fifteen years with distressing stomach trouble. Only those who have passed through a similar ordeal can realize what it means to be healed of it. All the time I was taking medicines from the most highly recommended physicians, but was gradually growing worse, until my condition was such, on many occasions, that when my day's work was done I would place my tools carefully in my tool-chest, feeling as though I would not be able to return to work or use them again. This brought me to a realization that something must be done, but what to do or try next I did not know, until a friend came to me and told me of healing through Christian Science and advised me to try it. This I finally decided to do, and was healed after taking a few treatments.

Worlds cannot express my gratitude to God for this physical healing, also to Mrs. Eddy for the teachings in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures." which enable us to understand God and to demonstrate the truth for ourselves. The spiritual understanding we derive from the study of this wonderful book is indeed priceless.
