I am truly grateful to be able to add my testimony to those of others who have been so wonderfully helped through the understanding of the blessed truth. Christian Science was brought to my notice over four years ago. I had been suffering from throat trouble for a long time, and the doctors had done everything in their power to relieve me, but the trouble would return. Finally, through the advice of a friend, I called a Christian Science practitioner, and after the first treatment I was healed. I had also suffered from stomach and bowel trouble, headaches, and an eruption. All of these have been overcome through the understanding of divine Love. I also wish to say that I had used tobacco for a long time, but after my first treatment I was freed from that filthy habit.

For these, and many other demonstrations of the power of Truth which have been made in our family, I am most thankful to God. I am also grateful to our Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for this glorious truth which makes free.
