I wish to say that I belong to the large army of people...

I wish to say that I belong to the large army of people who have called upon Christian Science for help and have been healed by it. I was a physical wreck, from a dreaded disease, bronchial and asthmatic trouble, which had weakened the heart to such an extent that I was pronounced incurable by several physicians. I did not know what it was to have a sense of freedom for months at a time, but Christian Science was brought to my notice and I thought I would try it. A practitioner was written to and I received treatment. The healing was slow but sure, and I am now well, thanks to this truth. I was also cured of the tobacco habit, to which I had been in bondage for many years, but from which I am now free. I hope this will help to show any who are afflicted as I was, that they, too, can be cured by this truth as taught and practised in Christian Science.—C. D. Hammond, Chatham, Mass.
