Having received so much help and encouragement from reading the testimonies published in the Sentinel, I feel it a duty and privilege to give something from my own experience in return, with the hope that it may encourage some one else to investigate this true healing power. I find Christian Science an ever-present help, not only in sickness but in all the experiences of daily life. In former years it seemed necessary to take medicine most of the time, more especially for liver and stomach trouble, etc., besides frequent attacks of an acute form of cold in the head and eyes, which caused intense suffering. For the relief from the above conditions, through Christian Science, I am indeed grateful. I was also healed in one treatment of a badly injured ankle, and have received help in many other ways. In our family we have had some wonderful proofs of the healing power of Christ, Truth,—one a severe case of illness; another that of a rupture of long standing, which was perfectly and permanently healed; also a serious case of fever. I can never cease to be grateful for the peace and harmony which pervaded our home during the time of this last healing.

For all the benefits received from Christian Science I am deeply grateful, especially for the spiritual uplifting which comes from studying the Bible in connection with the text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy.—Mrs. Josie Minto, Berkeley, Cal.
