Like the psalmist I would say, "Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits." My heart is attuned to these words as I recount the good things that have come into my life through Christian Science. I have been healed of many ills of the flesh through the daily study of our text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, and a careful reading of the Lesson-Sermons. This has enabled me to learn of the wonderful help of right thinking, which means putting one's self in at-one-ment with God, good; in overcoming anger, pride, selfishness, and other sins native to mortal mind and its ruling. Those dear to me have been healed of diseases, even of some pronounced incurable by medical science. Though striving to be a Christian Scientist for several years, and being a member of The Mother Church and of a branch church for nearly five years, I became discouraged and longed for the knowledge and power which would bring more fruitage and "a closer walk with God." My desire was answered by divine Principle. I came to Boston, bringing a loved one with me, and great happiness has been given us. The help of a practitioner was sought, for thiss dear one needed the healing; and stubborn nervous troubles which had not been overcome by previous work, have at last melted away. We have also gained strength and knowledge sufficient to overcome evils of disposition.

Besides all this, a great pleasure has been ours in enjoying the services at The Mother Church; the artistic sense has been pleased by the structure in its graceful outlines, by the music of the chimes, organ, congregational singing, and sacred solos; but above all we are thankful for the blessed truths that have come to us from the reading of the Word in our Lesson-Sermons. That healing is realized in listening to the ministry of this Word, I am assured from our own experience. We can never forget the help gained from the testimony meetings on Wednesday evenings. The picture of many suffering ones, coming to our services to be healed, recalls the account in the Gospels of the multitude coming to the Christ over nineteen centuries ago. It has helped us much to be in Boston during these past few months, to see the overcoming of malicious reports concerning our dearly loved Leader by the simple uncovering of the facts, showing us that invincible Truth—God and His hosts,—is fighting for her! My heart sings praises to our God for giving us such a revelation in this age.
