Nearly seven years ago I was healed through Christian Science of nervous, stomach, and liver trouble in a very bad form, after being under materia medica about twelve years. I had tried six different methods and was no better but rather worse, and so discouraged that I lost all faith in drugs, but I was healed in this Science in a few weeks' treatment. One year ago I was taken very suddenly and severely with typhoid malaria, and was entirely healed so that I have never had a symptom of it since. Before we knew of Science my husband had trouble with his back and with rheumatism, besides having the grip several times. These ailments have disappeared. For a number of years my son used to have hay fever all summer, every year, and so badly that the doctor said he never saw any one worse than he was, but we have not heard anything about that for three years.

These are only a few of the things that have been overcome by the understanding of Christian Science, for which I feel very thankful. I never can be grateful enough to our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for what she has done. I hope I may be a faithful follower in this blessed truth.
