Christian Science came to me when I was a physical wreck and kept up by will power alone. I was afraid to live and afraid to die, afraid to be left alone and afraid of everything. I had a sense that the trouble was mental, but my body was racked with pain before I found this truth. I had nervous prostration, neuralgia, constipation, and catarrh, but all have vanished, like dew before the morning sunlight. Can words ever express my gratitude to God? My deliverance was brought about by the faithful study of the Bible and Science and Health; and the mental and spiritual uplifting is far greater than the physical. I am overcoming selfishness, anger, jealousy, malice, and revenge, and great is the joy and peace for each victory over sin. Words can never express my thankfulness.
