Concord, New Hampshire, December 31, 1903. The Rev. Mary Baker G. Eddy.

Dear Madam:—On Sunday, December 27, at the close of the service, Col. Solon A. Carter read to the congregation of the Unitarian Church, of Concord, your letter of Christmas greetings, and handed to the Prudential Committee of the Society your Christmas gift of a check of three hundred dollars. Mr. Frank S. Streeter in behalf of the congregation voiced their sentiments in a fitting acknowledgment of your generosity, and presented the following resolution which was seconded by Rev. L. H. Buckshorn, pastor, and cordially and unanimously adopted:

"Resolved, that the congregation recommends to the Society the grateful acceptance of Mrs. Eddy's generous Christmas gift and unites with the Society in sending her hearty thanks and most cordial Christmas and New Year's greetings."
