The true reason why "Christian Science makes converts" so easily "among people of all classes," and "why so many intelligent people accept it" is that "humanity's need of a Saviour" understands and welcomes the healing and redeeming Christ, the Christ of a daily living—not of a mystic, mediæval, theoretical theology,—but Immanuel, God with us.
