Legislation in North Dakota

The Christian Scientists of this state are pleased to chronicle the defeat of another legislative bill purposing to prohibit the practice of Christian Science.

Two years ago the attempt was made under the disguise of a measure to regulate the practice of medicine, but worded to exclude the practice of all other healing systems, but the bill introduced into the Senate at the legislative Assembly of the present year, came without disguise, as follows:—

"Be it enacted, by the legislative Assembly of North Dakota:—
