I did not come to Christian Science for physical healing...

I did not come to Christian Science for physical healing, I wanted more spiritual light. I have been in Christian Science about five years. I had been studying Science and Health about six months when I went through a class. A year ago I went to Concord to look into our dear Leader's face, and when I had that privilege I determined I had a work to do.

I returned home the third of August, began a service in Allegheny City, and two weeks before the last Communion we organized with seventeen members.

We have many demonstrations in our services. One woman who came to me said, "Do you know your insistence upon my attending this service was the means of saving my life, for I fully intended to commit suicide." We now receive most beautiful letters from her; she is restored to her children, her husband has returned to her, and they are most happy in living this truth.
